What We'll Attempt to Cover Over 3 Days
The focus of this three day workshop is to familiarize participants with the actual use of their District-assigned computer.
Participants should leave at a comfort level that will enable them to start using their device to begin integrating technology into their curriculum area. As we progress, the "temperature of the room" will dictate how much we actually cover.
The Hardware
The System
Some "Onboard" Programs
Some Simple Projects
Integration Ideas For Your Classroom
There may be many, many, other questions you have related to computer use and integrating this technology into your classrooms and curriculum areas that the scope of the workshop will not allow us to address. We will note these questions and/or concerns on the Q & A page to try to address them after the workshop.
